10 Nov The TEDDA project one year on: commitment to the ecological transition
The TEDDA project has reached its halfway point. Two tools are being finished and two others launched, with the same objective: to raise awareness among small and medium-sized associations so that they can contribute to the global fight against CO2 emissions and towards the ecological transition.
During the last 12 months since the project began, we have already developed two of the resources foreseen in this project: on the one hand, the Gallery of inspiring portraits, where we present some good practices of some European associations that can be an inspiration for your own association. On the other hand, the two pedagogical and playful tools “Zero Carbon Objective“, which allow the realization of a workshop to reflect together on the excessive increase of carbon emissions that we humans generate and see how only by modifying some of our own lifestyle habits we can contribute to reducing them.
In the framework of the transnational meeting of the project partners on 20 and 21 October 2022 in Barcelona, we took the opportunity to invite local organisations and associations to present these two resources to them, in order to obtain initial feedback from them and to improve their content. These two resources will soon be available to associations in English, French and Spanish.
The presentation took place on 20 October at the Fàbrica del Sol, a Barcelona City Council facility that is a reference in the field of sustainability. At the same meeting we were also able to briefly present the other two resources of the project: the Methodological Guide and the White Paper.
We continue working on the contents of the project. We want to expand our audience, to reach more associations, to be able to show them the contents we are developing and to be able to inspire them to start acting and become aware that the fight for the ecological transition is everyone’s responsibility.
For this reason, we suggest you keep an eye on the project’s website and the news that we are preparing, informing you of the progress of these resources. You can follow us on social networks with the hashtag #TEDDAprojet.
The ecological transition of our planet requires everyone’s commitment!
