In March 2020, a group of organizations that support associative projects made an observation already shared by scientists: global warming is a major problem for humanity as a whole and it is human activity that is responsible for it. Faced with this climate emergency, we are convinced that the participation of all stakeholders is essential. The associations have a leading role in proposing innovative solutions thanks to their capacity to bring together citizens who are concerned about the planet’s disorder.
Nowadays, many organizations, concerned about reducing their impact on the environment, have already found solutions to be actors of the ecological transition, but they struggle to share their practices. Others would like to be able to inform their stakeholders (managers, employees, volunteers, etc.) or be guided in the actions to be implemented, but do not know how to proceed.
The project Ecological Transition and Sustainable Development of Associations (TEDDA) was born from the desire to respond to these needs by providing associations with tools to raise awareness of environmental issues and methodologies to sustainably reduce the carbon footprint of their daily activities.
Thanks to this website, associations have the ability to download free of charge the tools developed as part of the TEDDA project. They are accessible to everyone to strengthen our knowledge and skills in order to act collectively to cope with the environmental and climate challenges.
