Editorial<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”][vc_column_text]In view of global warming and the depletion of resources, the ecological transition aims to change the production and consumption patterns and to find organizational and economic models that are more respectful of the environment, while guaranteeing an acceptable social base and a shared governance.<\/p>\n

In March 2020, a group of structures active in supporting associative projects shared these observations and identified many associations that were keen to act but expressed a need for information, benchmarks or support to take action.<\/p>\n

This collective composed of \u2018Association pour une \u00e9conomie solidaire\u2019 (Apes – France), \u2018Associacio per a la Creacio i Estudis de Projectes Socials\u2019 (CEPS – Spain), \u2018Maison des associations de Tourcoing\u2019 (MdA – France), \u2018Maison R\u00e9gionale de l’Environnement et des Solidarit\u00e9s HdF\u2019 (MRES – France) and \u2018Pour la Solidarit\u00e9\u2019 (PLS – Belgium), committed itself to the project \u2018Transition \u00c9cologique et D\u00e9veloppement Durable des Associations\u2019 (TEDDA).<\/p>\n

This European project, funded by Erasmus Plus, is aimed at small associations that wish to take action to improve their environmental practices and durably reduce the carbon footprint of their activities.<\/p>\n

Four educational and complementary resources are developed in the context of this project:<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_separator type=”normal” color=”#009444″ thickness=”1px”][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”full_width” text_align=”left” css_animation=””][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/i><\/span>\u00a0 A gallery of portrait<\/a> of inspiring role models of associative structures that have developed concrete and innovative proposals;[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/i><\/span> Educational and playful tools<\/a> to raise awareness about climate change and the ecological emergency, and to encourage the wish to act;[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner row_type=”row” type=”full_width” text_align=”left” css_animation=””][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/i><\/span>\u00a0A methodological guide<\/a> for self-diagnosis and the implementation of tangible changes;[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/i><\/span>\u00a0A White Paper<\/a> in order to deliver a common European message in favor of the ecological transition of small and medium-sized organizations.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern”][vc_column width=”1\/4″][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_empty_space height=”30px”][vc_single_image image=”1686″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=””][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”full_width” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern”][vc_column width=”1\/4″][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”3\/4″][vc_column_text]This gallery of portraits highlights concrete proposals from small associations to reduce the ecological footprint of their daily operations<\/strong>. It contains initiatives of associations working in various fields such as sport, culture, popular education, environment, etc. that can be inspiring and replicated<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
